We charge a $45 service call fee covers the trip charge, and diagnostics fee. Essentially this is our charge for our technician to arrive at your home and figure out what is wrong with your appliance.
Once a problem has been discovered, we will give you a call with an estimate for parts and labor. Once you have approved this cost, parts will be ordered. They may take up to 14 business days to arrive. Once parts have arrived and been quality checked by our technician, we give you a call to schedule an install.
